All work-for-hire performed by Dr. McWhorter (i.e. “portfolio”), both as an employee and contractor, is not permitted to be retained by nor is owned by Dr. McWhorter, as it remains the confidential intellectual property of each respective client or employer and cannot be shared with a third party without requisite non-disclosure agreements between the third party and each individual intellectual property holder.
